Fabrications

Now that I’m old, every time I see or hear of something negative, I think the account has been exacerbated; every time I see or hear something positive I think it’s contrived. I have no confidence that any happens naturally. Everything is made up, planned or predetermined. Even when I hear an alleged true story that is marginally funny, silly, urbane, witty, or clever I immediately conclude that’s it’s a joke. Hell, this post may even be a joke—wait! I’m not that funny.
