This is a picture of the Columbia River. It was taken on a Sunday morning. I took it because I found the large number of boats quite fascinating. Not because I like boats but because I was enthralled that so many people would subject themselves to being surrounded by water without a bathroom. Since I'm old, I am suppose to like boats, rivers and fishing. Well I don't. I can't swim. I don't want to maintain a boat. I don't like the taste of fish. Also, fishing is a balancing act between holding a stick and holding a stick while looking like an idiot. I would much rather take pictures of people fishing.
